How do I download the files?
Try left mouse button clicking on what you wish to download.  A box similar to the following should come up. 

Alternatively you could right mouse button click the link of the file you wish to download, then select "save as".

I can't access the .zip files, can you help me?
If you have windows xp you can automatically access the .zip files similar to folders. Try installing the following shareware program...
