Q: I have sent my payment using Paypal but I have not yet received my e-Book in my email
A: If you have sent your payment via Paypal, your eBook will be delivered within minutes after you make your payment! Once in a blue moon we may experience system downtime and it may take up to 24 hours to deliver, but such instances are very, very rare. If you have waited past 24 hours and have not received your eBook, then follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you check the from the Paypal email that you used to pay. The eBook is NOT sent to your eBay email address. It is ONLY sent to the PAYPAL email address that you used to pay for the eBook.
2. Make sure that your paypal email does not have any junk or spam filters that may be blocking incoming emails from unknown senders.
3. Make sure you check your email's junk email folder. Your email may have forwarded the email containing your eBook to your junk email folder without your knowledge.
4. Make sure you check your email trash can for recently deleted emails. It may be possible that you may have deleted the email containing your eBook by accident, so take a look over the emails that you've just recently deleted.
If you have done all of the above and still are not able to locate your eBook, please send me an email using the Ask seller a question link above and I will email your eBook to you again immediately. However, please make absolutely sure that your eBay email contact information up-to-date, correct, and does not filter emails from unknown senders. For verification, please also include the iten number of what you purchased and the paypal email address you used to pay in this email.
Q: Can you send my ebook to another email address other than my paypal email address?
A: Yes, I can. But you MUST email me to let me know about it using the Ask seller a question link above. Make sure to include your valid email address, the eBook(s) that you purchased, your eBay userid, and the item number(s) of the transaction(s).
Q: What is an e-Book?
A: An e-Book is an electronic book that you can open and read by using your computer. Once you have sent the payment, and email containing all the information on how to download the eBook you purchased will be sent to your Paypal email address (if you pay through Paypal).
